WHAT HAVE WE DONE?
During our first year, the ELYOS team dedicated itself to designing and building a series of solar trackers made with different materials and scales, all with the purpose of learning more about solar energy and its potential in Mexico.
PRESS CONFERENCE
At ELYOS we seek to generate the greatest possible impact in our community, therefore, in March 2023, with the help of our sponsors, we held a press conference to announce our participation in the Shell Eco-marathon, and thanks to this, some of the largest media in the country made our initiative known.
Shell Eco-marathon Brazil 2023
En agosto del 2023, el equipo de ELYOS visitó las calles de Río de Janeiro por primera vez con el objetivo de dejar la bandera de México en lo más alto. El equipo logró obtener el 6.º lugar de la categoría de prototipo eléctrico, siendo el único equipo en haber pasado la inspección técnica a la primera y rompiendo el récord del auto mexicano más eficiente en la historia de Shell Eco-marathon con una eficiencia de 235 Km/KWh.
