THE FUTURE OF ELECTRIC MOBILITY
At ELYOS we seek to design a highly efficient electric car. To do this, the vehicle must be light and aerodynamic.
EEVY-01
A car designed, built and tested by 2nd and 4th semester college students in just 4 months. With this car we seek to learn more about electric car technology and how to make them as efficient as possible.
SIMPLE DESIGN
One of the challenges was to build the car with as simple a design as possible, in this way fixing the car in the event of an accident becomes much easier and therefore less time consuming to fix.
HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY
The objective of the competition is to have the highest possible energy efficiency, which is why the vehicle was designed taking care that it had the least possible weight and the most aerodynamic shape.

Part of our job is to design and manufacture the motor controller, a great challenge that mainly involves the areas of power electronics, control and electronic design.

SECURITY
Involving SPICE software tools as well as some of the best software for electronic design, we were able to develop an alternative in the required time despite the delivery times and stock of components.
Given the selected components, the controller is functional up to nominal 48v as well as 11A continuous, with certainty that it will have enough capacity for the required power and without greater losses due to parasitics given the components.
